Job Description
Join MSC Cruises as a Bartender and work in stylish bars and lounges aboard world-class ocean cruise ships, creating exceptional cocktail and beverage experiences for an international guest base.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests, taking orders and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Follow MSC Cruises alcohol service policies and responsible service guidelines
- Assist with bar inventory, stock rotation, and requisitions
Requirements
- 2+ years of bar or bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar
- Solid cocktail knowledge (classic and contemporary)
- Outgoing, confident, and service-oriented personality
- Good English; additional languages an advantage
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport with at least 18 months validity
