User Obligations
By using The HireWave services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Use the platform for legitimate recruitment purposes only
- Respect the recruitment process and all parties involved
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
- Respond promptly and professionally to communications
Platform Role & Limitations
The HireWave acts as a recruitment support and talent connection platform. It is important to understand:
HireWave provides:
- Candidate evaluation and guidance
- Preparation support and coaching
- Connection to international employers
HireWave does NOT:
- Employ candidates
- Issue work contracts
- Guarantee job placement
Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, and all terms of employment are managed directly between the employer and the candidate.
No Placement Fees
The HireWave does not charge candidates for job placement.
Our focus is on preparing candidates and connecting them with real opportunities — not on charging for jobs. Any fees related to placement are paid exclusively by the recruiting employer, never by the candidate.
Platform Rights
The HireWave reserves the right to:
- Refuse incomplete or misleading applications
- Update services and processes when necessary
- Remove candidates or employers who violate these terms
- Modify these terms with reasonable notice
Intellectual Property
All content on The HireWave platform, including text, design, logos, and branding, is the property of The HireWave. Unauthorised reproduction or use is not permitted.
