Job Description
Join the food and beverage team aboard MSC Cruises ships and deliver exceptional dining service to guests from around the world. You will work in main dining rooms and specialty restaurants across international ocean itineraries.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional table service in the main dining room and specialty restaurants
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, allergens, and daily specials
- Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean
- Attend daily briefings and pre-service team meetings
- Support smooth service flow in a high-volume shipboard environment
Requirements
- 1+ year of restaurant or hotel F&B service experience
- Good English communication skills; additional languages a plus
- Positive, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Valid STCW certification (or willingness to obtain before joining)
- Valid passport with at least 18 months validity
