Waiter / Waitress – Cruise

Job Description

We are looking for professional and motivated waiters and waitresses to join a 4-star hotel team in Austria. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to international guests in a high-standard hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus and make recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to hotel hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service
• Good level of English (German is a plus)
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
• EU work permit or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided)
